Ministries

North County's Ministries are designed to serve our community and our local family.  If you are interested in serving in one of these, or would like more information, please email us at "office@northcountycofc.org," or call us at 760-745-7732.

Our ministries include:

Casa Escondida - We conduct weekly worship each Sunday at this Senior Apartment complex in Escondido.

Children - Kingdom Kids includes our Sunday Children's worship activities, Guys of God and Girls of Grace, Vacation Bible School, Summer Bible Camp, and more!  Connect with our Children's Ministry by emailing "janet@northcountycofc.org"

College/Young Adults - North County has an active College and Young adult community. Young women gather on Sunday nights for fellowship and study, and all gather on Monday evenings. There are other opportunities for fellowship and study.

Grief - Our Grief Ministry conducts periodic Grief Share classes, resources, and spiritual counsel for those coping with the death of a family member or someone close.

Marriage and Family - Our Marriage and Family Ministry offers Dynamic Marriage Classes, Financial Peace University Courses, occasional marriage retreats, parenting retreats, premarriage counseling, and opportunities for personal mentoring,

Men - Our "Manpower Team" has breakfasts, and opportunities to bring men together to serve both the church and the community.

Military - Our Military Ministry focuses on the unique needs and issues that our military (active duty, veterans and their families) are faced with, whether in times of war or times of peace.

Set-Up and Tear Down - Being a Mobile Church, Leigh Bracken is always looking for people with servant hearts who serve the body by getting our campus ready for folks to arrive, and who stay a little late to insure we return the campus to the school the way we found it.  Contact Leigh to get involved: "leigh@northcountycofc.org"

Sewing Servants - These members use their sewing and quilting talents to reach out in love to needy people both in our community, and internationally.  They welcome all who love to sew or quilt, and are willing to teach those interested.

Welcome - We want everyone to feel like family when they arrive on campus, and to easily obtain information about North County. Our Welcome ministry is designed with those objectives.  Would you like to serve?  Email "leigh@northcountycofc.org."  Leigh is always looking for friendly folks to help all feel welcome.

Women - Our "Jewels" women's ministry has regular Fall and Spring Bible studies, an annual women's retreat, special luncheons, and other fellowship opportunities to grow closer to other women.

Worship - Our two services require the participation of committed musicians and singers. Our Praise bands lead the first instrumental service, and a praise team leads our acapella service. For information email "kasey@northcountycofc.org."

Youth -  NC High School and Middle School students gather for 10/10 each Sunday morning at 10:10 for a high impact 30 minutes between worship, regular devotionals on Wednesday evenings, Friday night hangout, and much more.  To learn more email "kasey@northcountycofc.org."
